Kapil Sibbal & IIT

Latest comment by union minister Mr. Kabil Sibbal about the qualification for the candidate to appear in the IIT test is showing the thoughts of him against the states which are producing most IITians like (Bihar, U.P …..).

As per Mr. Union minister the qualifying marks should increase from 60% to 80%. It will benefit only CBSE curriculum, state boards are unable to give such kind of results. In state boards only 5-10% of candidates take 80% or more than that, but in CBSSE boards the percentage is up to 40%.

If the thought will be in use, it will demoralize the students of state board. And the IIT will have only students from A category of cities and A category of families.
