I am inspired from the concept of movie Kabhi Khushi kabhi Gum (KKKG). When Hritik reached US and he was wondering for his brother Saharukh there, and he found him on the web. That time I was in my college, and thought that in India some kind of service must be there. Recently after compilation my MCA last year I start to search on web for that kind of services for Indians, but there was nothing. Then I decided to make that kind of service my self and it was right time for me to bring my dream on earth. It was very tough for me to decide the name for that site, but thank god I got the domain name which comes in my mid very first, and it was www.contactofindia.com. I started working on this site alone with my own concept from end of the January 2007 while doing my job. Few of my friends help me in testing and suggested me for that.
Finally I created the site, and able to launch it’s 1st phase on 30th April 2007. For now this site is completely free for all. www.contactofindia.com is the web based directory of Indians, who can search their friend / family in different categories if they are registered with the site.
